A vacation anywhere is a pipe dream for us this year. We've been trying to just enjoy the stuff that is close by, and Lemon Lake County Park was our destination on this beautiful Sunday. The boys enjoyed the nature trails, but they were really thrilled when we went on the paddle boats! Calvin proclaimed that he was sad that he had never done that before, which in turn made me sad. I really try and take them to do different things, but I think sometimes you forget the small things, especially great places like this that is not 10 minutes from our house and I drive past all the time. We will definitely be spending more lazy weekends hanging out around town. School will be back in session before we know it, and our crazy routine with begin once again.
